This paper draws on UNICEF global experience and recent research conducted in Malaysia to set out the key risks facing children with disabilities in Malaysia. It identifies a range of immediate, medium and longer-term measures that should be considered during key national policy and planning processes to ensure the nation recovers, rebounds and reimages the realizaion of the rights of children with disabilities in Malaysia.
