These series of national conferences on early childhood intervention have been organized by a coalition of non-governmental organisations (NGOs) in collaboration with relevant government agencies and has gained the support from UNICFEF Malaysia since its inception.

A key event of the National Early Childhood Intervention Council in Malaysia for children with special needs, linking professionals from health, education, social welfare with parents, policy makers, and non-governmental organisations.
