Pilot Coaching Programme
Following the 9th NECI Conference in September 2024, NECIC is excited to launch a pilot coaching program, fully funded by UNICEF Malaysia, for the early childhood intervention (ECI) centres that attended the event. This pilot program is designed to help ECI services put into practice or enhance family-centred and strength-based practices learned during the conference.
This pilot coaching programme, led by Ms Ng Lai-Thin, NECIC’s Project Lead, will commence from February to December 2025. She will be supported by a team of four experienced coaches, each with a minimum of 10 years of expertise in early childhood intervention and training ECI practitioners.
Participation in this round of coaching programme is by invitation only.
Workshops
NECIC will be offering workshops on family-centered and strength-based practices for those who were unable to attend the 9th NECI Conference in 2024. These one-day or two-day workshops will be held at two different locations.
Workshop details will be announced after April 2025.
