Following the pandemic, most children in Malaysia have had a major loss in education progress. The challenges are even more pronounced for children with disabilities, including those with learning difficulties. Together with Dr Rajini Sarvanathan, Dato’ Dr Amar-Singh discussed the impact of the Covid-19 on these vulnerable children, and what to prioritise to help them catch up in terms of learning, as well as social and emotional development.
